Sunny Days & Seated Exercise

Hello and welcome to Seated Exercise’s first blog.

I am really excited to be sharing a little bit of my world with you.

This is an opportunity for me to catch you up on what has been happening and what lies ahead for the wonderful world of seated exercise.

Last week, the first full week in September, saw record temperatures. Most days it was above or very close to 30C! That is too hot to exercise safely, so, sadly, I had to cancel a number of classes, including my first Halstead Wednesday class. Although I hate to cancel classes, when safety is an issue, I feel I have no other option.

My first and foremost priority is the safety of all participants in my classes. Always!

The forecast for the week ahead looks far more amenable to exercising, so it will be back to a full complement of classes and it will be the introduction of Halstead Wednesdays. This class will be an hour later than the other Halstead classes, starting at 2:30pm – giving a bit more time to let your lunch settle.

Stay tuned for next week’s blog to see how it all went or come along and see for yourself!
